I received a significant up charge based on outgoing shipment handled by
federal express. Revised packaging weight and style were in error. How
can I dispute this up charge with eBay?

OK, that makes sense. And what about the original, live listing that
created the interest? Just delete it and use one of the reasons
provided, such as item was lost or whatever?
