Utterly brainless, yes. 99% of COA's aren't worth the paper they're
printed on, and the purpose they seem to serve most often is to lull
clueless buyers into throwing money at things they otherwise wouldn't

Same story with Reprint Publishers. No need to memorize a list, just
gradually let it seep in that 99% of the books published by Grosset &
Dunlap, Blue Ribbon, Triangle, etc are reprints and cannot be firsts.
99% is much too high for Grosset & Dunlap...
