How to change the color theme on desktop?

I'm wanting to change the color theme of eBay to dark since that is what I always use, but I cant figure out how to change it on desktop.

Oh, dang. I wish they had dark mode. What's interesting is you can change between dark mode and light mode on the app that I have on my phone that's why I kind of thought they would have it on desktop. Thank you for the reply this was very helpful!
