I went online to update info on credit cards with paypal but everything is in French. Has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it. No matter how I enter, it is in French.

I am trying to print return postage for an item. It is too large for the package that it came in and I can't manipulate the size and I've tried 7 different ways to make it print and it won't print. anyone else have this problem and found a solution??...
