I want to change several of my store listings (fixed price) to auction
format. It seems ebay will only let me do this one listing at a time.

This has happened to me before... I did not know the seller had control
of the amount refunded on an NAD return, but apparently they do. Open a
case against the seller and explain that you did not receive a refund
for shipping. Ebay will handle it fr...
Ohhhhh.... yes, the neutral feedback!!! I recently received my FIRST
neutral feedback from a customer -- he bought a piece of MILK glass from
me and complained because it was too WHITE.
