sent them, however ups shows the item lost and so that affects my

Can you believe I have two escalated service requests with usps. 7

There was no movement on the scan and the lady at usps told me it was
most likely lost. I’m going to actually call them tomorrow and see if
customer service can help better than the front desk at the post office.

needed to contact ups to “fix” the tracking to show delivered. Since I
know for a fact my customer received the item.
