We had 1 buyer who left 13 negative feedbacks, we tried to each out to the buyer but he blocked us and were not able to receive our messages. We then reached out to him in another way, we showed screenshots that we messaged him 4 times on 4 different...

Who do I talk to? I have 100% feedback, almost no returns. Provided invoices and payments.

Did you ever get the restriction lifted? I am going through the same thing right now.
