The buyer paid $400 and then $500 for shipping. They requested a refund
but only want $400 of it back. The shipping costs they are letting me
keep.....my question is will eBay release my payment hold and i still
recieve the $500???
It says i will be paid out on OC3819....what does this mean and what
happens if the buyer never confirms my delivery what happens to my
payment on hold??
