Why should as a buyer after attempting to make contact with the seller on several occasions with no success and item still not showing shipped after both delivery dates that I am now told I have to wait an additional 7 days before eBay can step in.

No communication between you and seller

What should I do if an item I purchased which shows paid and the seller even marking it sold. But now the seller does not communicate any shipment tracking or any other information in regards to my purchase
