Bought and paid for an item for a buy now price. Shortly after PayPal
paid seller. Received a cancelled notice and refund. Then saw item
relisted on eBay at a higher price and seller would not let me bid or
purchase item. Is this common on ebay.
log into ebay, then transfered to paypal and then back. Buyer was paid
but choose to cancel. Then relisted item and raised price but would not
let me buy or bid again. Very strange.
