I have a sale going right now in my store 25% off $15+. A buyer is saying the discount isn't being applied. I checked the listing and it has the discount showing. Does it make a difference if she selects put in my cart or Buy it Now?

I am trying to offer a volume dicount on certain store categories but no product is showing up
