Hello, Background: since Octubre 1 Ebay is charging taxes on Texas (my
state of residence) for all payments regardless the seller location,

looking further on paypal it looks like is "contradictory" on the refund
transaction line it says "full refund including taxes and shipping", but
looking on the original transaction the amount does not include the tax,
