I'm utterly puzzled at this bizarre situation and would really

So if my buyer has done a cc charge back after paying by PayPal this
dispute wouldn't actually show as being an active dispute on either his
own ebay dispute page or his PayPal dispute page? He's shown me screen
shots of both these pages and both sho...
So you're saying that even though hes left me FB acknowledging that he's
very happy with the purchase ebay could then still support his claim
that he "doesn't recognise the transaction" ?? That's bizarre and
illogical if they do!
I don't see how they can side with the buyer in this case when he's left
me positive feedback for the purchase! How can he then claim he doesn't
recognise the transaction!
Yes I have included the tracking info in the challenge, both screenshots
and the tracking number so they can log on to the Parcelforce website
and view it for themselves.
