Charged too much for shipping. Where does the money go afer changing the shipping label

I had the weight wrong on a package. The seller paid for shipping. I adjusted the weight for the item which left a couple dollars the seller overpaid. Where does that money go? Back to the seller? To the buyer? Ebay keep it?
