Wait for what?

I went to Selling>Overview> clicked on the item and won't let me select Shipped.

I'm sorry, I still don't understand what I have to do to get paid. 

The buyer received it on March 7th. The buyer has not verified that she received it. She emailed me and said that she received it. Does she have to anything for me to get payment or do I have to do something? This is my first time selling on eBay.
