Seller had an item listed with a starting bid of .99 cents with a buy it
now for $100, I bid $5.00, won the bid then seller retracted, AFTER I
paid for it, then re-listed at a starting bid of $50.00 or buy it now
for $100.00 stating it was a mistake,...
