I didn’t put a tracking number on the package I delivered and I haven’t received funds for weeks

I shipped a package without a tracking number on march 2nd and I’ve been doing that with lots of my packages not knowing what I was doing, it’s been weeks since I’ve sent any of those items out and still no funds
