After the last update I'm unable to use the app at all. It just keeps coming on and saying I need to

After instaing the update when I try to use the app it just keeps coming on and saying that I need to update all the time so I can't use the app at all. Can you fix this problem please. This is dated 4 March thanks Mr P.
