I have made my first sale buyer has paid for item plus $14 USPS shippingI am instructed to purchase $14 labelis that correct?

I am making my first listings. I will bre shipping shirts, sweaters, etc in poly bags. So no dimensions. I have the weight.1) How do i handle that in the listing? 2) how do i get the ebay label?thank you!!
