This is the scammer's address for the order I sold. place order -> use any excuse to start return -> return with nothing or USPS will lose the package -> refunded -> get away from anything. eBay is over protecting and does nothing for such case.

eBay buyer can easily use eBay's return rule to scam on the seller.And eBay doesn't have a good system to protect such scamming.Like said in the title, this is obviously something eBay can do and improve for all the transactions and restrict the scam...
