Im trying to do a return and the label provided looks correct when I view it but when I print it, it comes out all black. Seller was of no help.

So the return label when printed is just a black page. Not like it should be. I've friend printing several different way and it turns out the same. Seller is of no help and I can't find a contact for an agent to help.
