I have been trying to get Chat asst. to help CANCEL “Selected Method of Payment by eBay- for 20 min.

As Chat asst. did Not help me and there were NO Prompts to Cancel “Selected Method of Payment. I need to speak w Customer Service. eBay did EXACT Same thing in Dec & sent me 2 identical hair dryers, I am Furious they have No one to help.
