Thanks!!! That was the issue. Don't understand why it switched from one category to another but alls well now.

The currency was all listed the same, all under $20. They were originally assigned 1st Class Mail and when I couldn't get the Standard Envelope for Eligible Items, I thought that maybe "Standard Shipping 1-5 days" would be the same thing but its not.
