I see others are selling gas tanks but all the shippers say they wont take them

I have about 110 items listed. I use the suggested pricing from the listing tool and have started promoting the listings. I have sold 9 items over a 90 period is this average? I am looking to increase sales and would look forward to any help

with a promoted listing do i pay the ad rate and the normal ebay fees? 

I am trying to revise a motorcycle listing and I keep getting that the listing site is down
