Buyer is local and wants to pick up. How do I cancel his shipping label/cost?

We have a guy who bought a Patagonia jacket that wants to now return it from South Korea. We are new sellers to the international arena. He has already cancelled his payment to us. How do we facilitate the return of this jacket to us in the US?
