Yes, keep in mind this is 3 years old, ive had more than $611 in my paypal account many times in those 3 years and they never touched it, today they randomly double dip and take $611 out of my account for some reason.

Ill add, i stayed up till 6 am to try and speak to a human on paypal and I still get looped, this is **bleep** Ebay/paypal jsut randomly took my hard earned money and I cant even speak to a human to fix this.
