I have sold 25 items in the last two months and only 8 have received any
feedback (all positive, but still...) Is this just the trend on eBay
nowadays? Feedback used to be the best way to keep people in line. Am I
just an old fuddy-duddy?

2010. I usually sell a lot of comics, and the last couple years, marvel
Comics has been including digital download codes with all their printed
comics, so i started selling these...
I guess I never had these bad experiences with giving or receiving
feedback. It's a shame, really, that it went that way. Believe me, there
was a time when it was used as incentive for people to do the right
thing.
I mean, you're all mostly correct. I don't have anything to gain by
having a slightly higher number next to my user ID, but that isn't
really the point. I guess there is no point then. It just makes me sad,
