I meant if it's obviously not the same item compared to the listing pics or if there's more damage than the picture they sent. I guess if there's no partial refund for that I'd have to go another route.

I sent the return label and I'll see how it arrives. If I can tell it's not the same item based on the listing pics or there's more damage elsewhere on it they're not getting a full refund from me. If ebay wants to issue it anyway it is what it is.
