Why , under your listing price, does it now say (you pay) instead of FREE SHIPPING?

I have been away for a time and only discovered this today when I listed two items.I think that is confusing to buyers. Thoughts?

Trying to use auto pay for new card. I see it there, but they emailed me that I have too many cards

I am unable to delete cards nor make a one time payment with the card I want to use. Have been on hold over an hour for a $6.14 fee payment. Frustrated. First person said she could not help and put me back in a hold lineWhat can I do?
