Several of my buyers are having problems paying for auctions won. This has been going on for a month. Their credits cards are coming back with error messages like the card is not approved but they all say they have bought and paid from other sellers....

How is it sellers can file an NPB on auctions approaching 30 days or 30 days old but the buyer can't pay for it. It keeps coming up an error message. Ever since this policy was adpoted it's been nothing but chaos.

receiving a 70002 error when trying to send payment

Shopping cart doesn't work. Works fine when paying other sellers. ebay says they are working on it but the same thing keeps happening.
