The customer has requested a change of the shipping address. How should this be handled?
I sold an item. The buyer paid for USPO shipping. I offered FedEx shipping for less and he is OK with it. How would I credit him the difference?
I have blocked a buyer that has given me problems. I still get his emails. I contacted EBay. They said they would check it out. I still get the emails.
I am selling multiples. I want to display greater than 10. Under account/site preferences/sell your item forms and listings I have show the exact quantity as no. However my listings and any new listings still show the actual number. Why?
