Best you can do is report the buyer and then give them only a 50%
refund. However you have to have 30 day returns accepted and pay for
return shipping. I recently learned that the hard way.
Once years ago about 11 years. I made an account specifically to see how
many bid cancellations it would take before ebay started noticing. I
made it up to around 75 bid cancels before ebay warned me.
Why are you still processing new order when your account has a
restriction? That's beyond dumb. I would have updated all listings to
have 0 in stock or ended each listing. This is all on you and could have
been easily fixed by not continuing to proce...
