I need advise about a defective Refrigator seal thst i ordered as a set & one of the seals is defect

They came in a set & now I see they are sold individually!! I sent the alert an email & NO Reply!! What would You suggest I do to get them to replace one of the defective seals? The automated assistant was mo help whatsoever!!
