Try saving Amazon, Wallyworld and other boxes and packing materials you
receive (if any). Also, there is in one corner of every box a flap that
is glued to the next side. That is all that holds the box together.

There are small flat dvd boxes that can be had for shipping that run
about 50 cents. Or sandwich the dvd between two scrap pieces of
cardboard and slip into a padded mailer. Either way ends up about the
same cost and weight.
