I noticed that some listings have Club 99 in their title. Does anyone
know what this means? They are on video game listings, but no mention on
what it means.
A customer sent out the item to me for a refund. I have never received
it, the tracking shows that it was delivered to me, but it was not! What
do I do now? I only have two more days to issue a refund PLEASE HELP!
