Anybody else having an issue with there not being a verification code visible when trying to contact a seller to ask a question?

I never selected good until canceled, but auction sets itself to this automatically. I just tried to relist after ending auction a week ago. Selected 7 days. Go back later & see that it is again listed for 29 days. How do I fix this?
