I had this item listed on ebay for a few monthshttps://www.ebay.com/itm/316875110130no problem... today I see the ebay AI (cause real people...actually read) removed it...is there away to actually contact a person to appeal this?

I recently sold an item on ebay... when the seller got it... instead of reaching out to mel .. he opened a case saying it was defective.Then he figured out how it work. Ebay is still holding my funds...and the buyer still has the item... I don't see ...
