Why does eBay state they charge 15% when in reality they take over 90% every time I sell an item?

How is it that I only receive $3.40 out of $52.90? The $52.90 is already less than the shipping. I sold the item for $51. so 51-15%= $43.35I was already charged the insertion fee of .35, so I am livid knowing I will only get $3.40 for the $51.00 sale...

I have not received my payment from eBay even though I’ve been told they sent it. When I talked to customer services they told me it was sent. I need a person to tell me how I contact eBay and get this resolved
