I received a similar email, but mine just says "we are making changes to
how we process payments on ebay". Now all my payments are on a 3 day
hold after delivery confirmation. According to service reps, they are
slowly rolling out these changes site ...
I just got hit with the same sanctions. They said the new policy will be
applied to everyone and they are already getting a lot of calls by
disgruntled sellers about it. I'm surprised there are not more posts
about this tbh
