I cannot get my Nelko thermal printer to p my labels on 4x6 format, it print too small and sideways.

For some reason I cannot get the printer to print the right size label, which is 4x6. No matter what I try it is still printing the label real small to the of label or just print the usps tracking numbers. is there any way to change the size of label...
