Does anybody else fee cheated when they get the total they will receive
from their sale, compared to the "Net Proceeds" amount (which is TRULY
only eBay's Net Proceeds, and most certainly are NOT the Seller's Net
Proceeds!)??
My last two payouts went to a debit card I have not had in my possession
for some time, therefore I never received my payouts! Is there a way to
cancel those payouts and resubmit them to my proper payout method?
