looking to find out how to delete selling account. I tried but it wouldnt delete my listings and i couldnt deactivate my bank account as a payout

I'm a new seller and I'm trying to find out how to price my items. I look at other people on eBay's prices. But then I keep getting ADS from them to buy their product which I don't want to buy. Because I'm trying to sell one, so what do I do?
