I got a thermal printer that prints 4x6 labels. I can't for the life of
me figure out how to get the ebay mailing to print correctly on the
label. Poshmark has the ability to change your label preference to 4x6.
Does ebay have a way to make this chan...
I’m new here and I’m curious how you send things using calculated
shipping when using an envelope/poly/tyvek mailer. It’s not an option on
the shipping methods. Thanks!
My buyer wants a refund for an item that USPS tracking says was
delivered, but they claim it was not received. How does that work? Will
eBay cover that? How do I get reimbursed?
Thank you! They said they looked around the house and asked neighbors
without any luck. I suggested they take it up with USPS to inquire. She
opened a claim. I spoke with an eBay rep and they told me not to refund.
They have my tracking info.
