I''ve found out it does no good to complain to eBay about listed items
that do not match descriptions. eBay completely ignores me or replies it
finds nothing wrong when the description CLEARLY states different.
I sold an item and had to refund the buyer his complete payment because
the item has been misplaced. eBay keeps sending me a message that it
needs to be mailed out. I called eBay and was told just don't worry
about it; that they know I refunded the m...
I paid for an article & didn't receive it. When I questioned the seller,
I was informed that because he was a first time seller, they are going
to hold his funds for 25 days. So I have to wait 25 days or more to
receive my item. Is this correct?
