Doen Purchase - full money back guaranteed by EBAY. Now told to purchase my label at UPS - $250

Recently bought another Doen Dress through GAP and it clearly stated this was not an Asian company - it was run by two sisters in California. I am surprised and would like EBAY to provide the return label I need for UPS.
