I recently shipped an item. It did not reach the buyer in the normal
amount of time. The tracking info seemed to indicate the item was stuck
on a truck.The customer requested a refund which I sent. When I checked
the tracking again it showed the item...
I need to return a transmission that arrived damaged. I have already
received a refund. However, the seller has not provided a return
shipping label. Can someone tell me what I need to do? Thanks.
