I HAVE NOTICED WHEN BUYING A CELL PHONE SOME OF THESE SELLERS USE DIFFERENT NAMES AND DIFFERENT LOCATIONS BUT ITS THE SAME SELLER

when i purchase an item i try to find a seller within 25miles of my location so i can receive my item ASAP but once my transaction is complete it shows my item coming from china not from the location it showed before the purchase was made
