I need to refund a customer the full amount for a item purchased. But it has been over 90 days. How do I do that?
Sent a order to a customer. Item arrived damaged. Submitted a claim for value of item, USPS paid that but not the shipping costs. USPS said that the delivered the item so they completed there obligation.So who eats the shipping costs? Seller or Buyer...
