I have bought an item today from a wonderful seller and when he
confirmed my offer, he said he needed payment although my bank app says
i have already paid the amount due on ebay. Is this a common problem?
What am i able to do to fix this?
The seller? Maybe, but I have to fulfill my order promise so they do
too. They still haven't said anything but now I have ordered for if I
don't my account gets banned for a year.
My bank finalized my “payment” and I immediately got my money back into
my account between midnight last night EST and 9:30 this morning EST. i
contacted the seller to no response at the moment
This morning I talked to a customer support agent and my takeaway from
it is that this has happened before and I have to wait and I'll get my
money back. I was told to contact my bank again, but I didn't as I can't
get my money back until the payment...
Exact message is "Hi jrdco49,Thanks for your business! I am ready to
ship the following item: (ITEM NAME AND PRICE)Unfortunately, I can't
ship the above until I've received a payment. Can you please let me know
