I have a customer that says that can not get the return shipping label
that I authorized on their return through my ebay listing. They do not
want to pay for shipping and I need the item back that ebay has already
closed the return out. PLEASE HELP!
Because I authorized the refund based off the information I was getting
from ebay then it closed the case. I do not believe that what I will get
back to be what was actually shipped by pictures. Thanks for the
